I eat too much? This is normal.
I am 18 and recently I was eating a lot the past few weeks. But not really, or lost any weight. I change between 152-164 pounds in weight every few days. I go to the gym every day and write about 900-1300 calories, I still have to work at retail stores around 8 hours 5 days a week, and I At the foot of the time during that 8 hour day I eat: * 5-6 cup of oatmeal with brown sugar a lot. (I'm on sugar). * Foot long sandwich with ham subway They have every single veggie no cheese. mayo on the bread. * 24oz pineapple and coconut blended . * 2 Clif Bar (White Chocolate and macadamia nut flavors). * 1 pint of organic Vanilla Frozen Yogurt hard way that food is too much for 18 years of weight and height of the £ 162 I 6'1. That sounds like a good amount of food if you burn more calories that Most of it is quite strong and your age it may be hard to eat more calories enough. If anything it will make you stronger.
