This I like to eat. To reduce weight is great for me. But people gotta do what a person can do. And yes I have lost weight. My weight is in the danger zone already.

In fact they need for overweight people lose weight. But weight loss is not easy to achieve as one might wish. Millions of overweight and obesity continues to flounder. Weight loss. Many restaurants fail in the hope of shedding those stubborn pounds and. kilos. and most of these foods at the end. disastorously. Bad to very many more piled up. Pounds and kilos. Trust me, this true. demoralising.
